For our March concert, we are welcoming a new guest conductor, Philip Ellis, who brings a wealth of experience with both professional and amateur orchestras. He has also previously performed the Brahms’ Violin Concerto with much-loved soloist, So-Ock Kim, and, in common with the FSO, is delighted to have the opportunity to collaborate with her once again.

The FSO opens its 2025/26 season with an exciting programme of music from the worlds of opera and ballet, coupled with the UK premiere of the Phoenix Concerto by Australian composer, John Carmichael.
