We are delighted to announce that So-Ock Kim has agreed to become an Honorary Patron of the FSO. So-Ock has been a regular soloist with the orchestra since 2016, when she performed the Elgar Violin Concerto with us. Since then, we have always looked forward to her appearances and the chance to play music by a wonderfully varied range of composers, including Lalo, Korngold, Stravinsky, and Prokofiev. We are very much looking forward to performing the glorious Brahms concerto with her in just a few weeks’ time.

Alongside the Farnborough Symphony Orchestra, So-Ock has appeared as a soloist with the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, Opera North, the City of London Sinfonia, and the London Mozart Players, to name but a few!
