FSO prepares to perform Chaplin

20 March 2014

The Farnborough Symphony Orchestra is preparing to perform live orchestral accompaniment to a Charlie Chaplin silent film. The film, The Circus, is being screened at Farnham Maltings on Saturday 22nd March.

There are two showings, both of which are nearly sold out: at 3.00 pm and 7.45 pm. The musical score was written by Chaplin himself and combines great slapstick comedy with sentimental moments which sound like Puccini. Don't miss this unusual and exciting experience!
